Company description

I've built the CarArt.com website, and its ready to launch.  CarArt.com let's people create custom signs, lettering, and decals for their vehicles (either for their own purchase, or to sell to others on the site).

The most valuable assets are the CarArt.com domain name and the proprietary design studio (visit www.CarArt.com now to check it out for yourself).

Similar business model to CafePress.com or Zazzle.com, but focused on the vehicle graphics industry.  B2B opportunity to provide vinyl signs, logos, and lettering to SMBs, and B2C to sell decals and decal kits to consumers.

The market size for 'pressure sensitive vinyl vehicle graphics' is $1.4B/year.

Despite finishing the site recently (its tested and ready to launch), I'm auctioning it to the highest bidder by Sept 31st due to financial struggles from real estate investments.  I'm open to all types of creative bids (all cash, no cash but rev share and equity earned by new owner as they launch & grow it, etc).

Bids should be signed & emailed/faxed (chadfullmer@gmail.com or 509-695-2268)

Call me with any questions, or to arrange a demo of the administrative tools for the site.

Happy bidding -

Chad  Fullmer

Competitive advantage
Our design studio & domain name are our biggest competetive advantages against infectious.com (a VC backed competitor).  Whoever buys CarArt from me (or partner's w/me to operate & grow it to earn equity in it) will need to hook up with young/hip artists like those on infectious.com
