Chief Executive Officer – Siva P. Tayi
Siva Tayi is the founder of Sai People Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as Sai Software Consultants, Inc.). An outstanding IT professional, Siva has more than 20 years of data processing experience, which includes many years as a programmer/analyst and project leader. He is directly responsible for the dramatic growth and continuing success of the company. With a high level of management skill, Siva continues to insist that the company maintain its thrust towards excellence. His integrity and competence have been solely responsible for the high degree of success of the company, and he demands nothing less from his staff. Siva holds a M.S. degree in Chemistry.
Chief Financial Officer – Aswin Penukonda
Prior to joining the Sai team in 1993, Aswin Penukonda worked for over 13 years for a leading commercial bank in India. Since his arrival, Aswin has fully automated Sai's Accounting Department functions, established positive relationships with financial institutions necessary for Sai's expansion and growth, and provided guidance and strategic financial planning to the executive management team. His accomplishments at Sai also include his direction of development and integration of Sai's proprietary software called INTRAC (Invoice Tracking and Commissions software) designed to meet our client custom invoicing and receivable management needs. Aswin holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, a Master's degree in Sociology, and a Diploma in Labor Law & Personnel Management.
In-House Counsel & HR Director – Howard Skolnick
Prior to joining Sai in April 1997, Howard Skolnick was in private practice in Houston, Texas, practicing Immigration and Employment Law. At Sai, he incorporated the In-House Counsel review procedure for both contract review and subcontractor review. He participates in all immigration related processes and heads the Legal Department at the Corporate Office. He also heads the Human Resource Department on employment law related matters. Howard was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in November 1986 and has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since August 1993. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law from Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law with a Degree of Juris Doctor in May 1982.
Director of Marketing & Quality Management Systems – Pat Penukonda
Pat Penukonda started her career with Sai in January of 1994. Prior to coming to Sai she worked for over seven years as a top marketing executive for a leading pharmaceutical company. At Sai, Pat has held numerous responsibilities and helped shape the company's growth in different areas. Pat is the Management Representative for Sai's quality initiative and subsequent ISO certification. As the Director of Marketing, she is responsible for execution of all projects targeting revenue development, including strategic planning, advertising, telemarketing, public relations, creative planning, budgeting, sales tracking, analysis, and research. Pat holds a M.S. degree in Biochemistry.
Regional Managers
Each of Sai's Regional Managers has over five years of experience in the professional services industry. They bring with them recruiting expertise, account management experience, and leadership knowledge to guide Sai's Recruiting Specialists, Account Managers, and Administrative Team. The responsibilities of Sai's Regional Managers vary, but most importantly, it is to ensure that their branches adhere to Sai's policies and procedures to ultimately satisfy the needs of our clients.
