Alex Quilici

CEO

Alex joined YouMail as its CEO in February, 2007. Prior to

that, he was the co-founder and CEO of Quack.com, a voice

portal company founded in July 1999 that was sold to AOL in

August 2000. After the AOL acquisition, he remained at AOL,

and was a key member of the team that led AOL's Voice

Services division to launch a set of successful voice services,

including AOLbyPhone, AOL Voicemail, and AOL Call Alert,

that wound up with over 1m paying subscribers and $50m in

annual revenue. He is a board member of NeoEdge Networks,

a Strategic Advisory Board Member of Jefferson Partners,

and a member of the Tech Coast Angels. Alex has a B.A in

Computer Science from UC Berkeley, an MS and PhD in

Computer Science from UCLA. He is the holder of several

voice-service related patents, and has written a series of

best-selling computer science textbooks.

Dave Key

CFO

Dave was YouMail's founding CEO. Prior to that, he was

Chairman of Zeacom, a leading call center software ISV,

and the co-founder and former CEO of FieldCentrix, the

leading wireless software and services provider to the field

service industry, where he raised $37 million dollars of

private and venture capital funds. Dave was a member of

the founding team of FileNet, which sold to IBM for $1billion

in 2006, where he was responsible for their original software

and was the co-inventor of "workflow/business process

management" software. Dave is a member of the UC Irvine

ICS and the UC Riverside College of Engineering advisory

boards, the Ventana Venture Capital Executive Advisory

Council, and the Executive Committee of the Tech Coast

Angels. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from UC

Riverside and an MBA from UC Irvine.

Mike Rudolph

CTO

Mike joined YouMail in March 2007. Mike has been leading

start-up development teams for over a decade, with his

products deployed to over 20 million end users, and c

overing a wide range, from consumer services to internet

advertising to enterprise software. Most recently, Mike was

VP R&D for LogicalApps, a SOX compliance vendor recently

acquired by Oracle. Prior to this, he was Director of

Technology for First Advantage (FADV), where he led the

development organization from its inception to the wide

scale deployment of their online corporate services platform

. He has also served as the chief architect, technologist or

VP of Development for several start-ups including Cipient

Systems, AdBuySell and Mindshare. Mike holds a B.S. in

Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from UCLA with

a minor in Economics.

Jim Archer

VP Operations

Jim comes with a broad array of small company and large

company experience. Prior to joining YouMail, he was the

Sr. VP of Services & Support at FieldCentrix, where he led all

technology deployments to customers from startup through

sale of the company. Prior to that, he was Sr. VP of R&D and

Services at MSC Software where he led a revitalization of the

company's product line, organization, and profit margins.

Prior to joining MSC, Jim was a VP at IBM,

where he directly managed the introduction of numerous

new technologies from software R&D laboratories around

the world, led new business units creating new markets, and

held full P&L responsibilities for well over $1B of annual

revenue.

Ken Brickley

VP Online Marketing

Ken Brickley is a co-founder of YouMail. Prior to YouMail,

Ken was head of marketing at Zeacom, a multinational leader

in unified communications and call center software, where

he helped conceive and spearhead the initiative that was

spun out as YouMail. Ken has had various leadership roles in

marketing and technology at a number of companies

including GE, GE Capital, and Microsoft. Ken has a degree in

Business Administration from San Jose State University.
