Steve Larsen, CEO of the search software firm Krugle, is looking to raise another $10 million to help the company ramp up its sales and development operations.

The company has already raised $10 million, $1 million in a seed round and another $9 million in a 2006 Series A.

Krugle cuts development costs and time by searching and finding portions of code, including defects, inside the firewalls of large corporations.

The company has saved customers "millions of dollars a year" on development costs, says Larsen. Krugle has about a half-dozen Fortune 1000 customers.
