Fredrick has held management positions inside growing companies, including an integral role as a Market Manager for a Fortune 500 company. Fredrick has been featured on MSN Business, American Express, Huffington Post, YoungEntrepreneur and is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council. Fredrick's desire has always been to bring people together and with Addoway he can accomplish that goal. His leadership, vision, and motivation have continued to drive the creation of Addoway and its overall operations.

Fredrick has a B.S. in Biology and an MBA in Marketing.
